Anwendungen

1-Bromo-2-chlorobenzene finds application in Gas Chromatography and Liquid Chromatography analysis. It is also used as an intermediate in pharmaceutical and synthetic chemistry. Further, it acts as a reagent in the preparation of arylpiperidines and aryltetrahydropyridines as 5-HT<sub>2C</sub> agonists.
