Anwendungen

The primary uses of 2,6,8-Trimethyl-4-nonanone, are as a cleaning and degreasing solvent, an extraction solvent in mining, a chemical intermediate to produce 2,6,8-trimethyl-4-nonanol,and a solvent for certain coatings. It is also used as a chemical intermediate - to produce 2,6,8-trimethyl-4-nonanol. It is used in inks, fragrance as a solvent.
