Anwendungen

Agarose D1-LE, Molecular Biology Grade is used for molecular biology applications. It acts as the medium for analytical scale electrophoretic separation in agarose gel electrophoresis. It is suitable for analytical and preparative nucleic acid electrophoresis, blotting and protein electrophoresis.

Bemerkungen

Moisture sensitive and hygroscopic. Incompatible with strong oxidizing agents and strong acids.

Literaturverweise

A general-purpose agarose for molecular biology applications. It has a low electroendosmosis(EEO) and high electrophoresis mobility. Suitable for analytical and preparative nucleic acid electrophoresis, blotting and protein electrophoresis.
