Ingenol 3-Angelate is used as a PKC activator, anticancer, and immunostimulant compound. It is also used to exhibits antileukemic activity, induces nuclear translocation of PKCδ, and induces apoptosis in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cell lines and primary AML blast cells.
