For standard DNA applications.Agarose, High Melting Temperature, Medium Resolution is used for standard DNA separations. It is involved in the purification of protein by using column-based preparative scale separation as in gel filtration chromatography and ion exchange chromatography

Melting temp: ~88°.Moisture sensitive and hygroscopic. Incompatible with strong oxidizing agents and strong acids.
