Anwendungen

Casein blocking buffer is used for blocking steps in Western blot, ELISA, IHC and nucleic acid detection methods. Blocked membranes can then be used in either chemiluminescent, colorimetric, or DIG detection assays. Blocking agents are used to reduce non-specific binding of detection reagents to the membranes.
