Millers LB is a highly-referenced microbial growth medium used for the cultivation of E. coli. It is used with recombinant strains of E.coli containing plasmids with the resistance gene to Ampicillin (bla or ampR) such as pBluescript, pGEM, or the pUC series of plasmids.
