RIPA buffer with EGTA

Chemische Eigenschaften

Fully miscible in water.

RIPA buffer with EGTA is used in general cell-tissue lysis and subcellular orgnalle or molecular fractionation, including radio Immunoprecipitation. It is used for extracting proteins from cells. It is used for nuclear membrane disruption for nuclear extracts. It helps in disrupting protein-protein interactions.

50mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.4), 150mM NaCl 1% NP-40, 0.5% sodium deoxycholate and 0.1% SDS with 1mM EGTA.
