Anwendungen

Gelatin is used for preparing slides for histochemistry and light microscope autoradiography. Gelatin has also been added to cell culture plates and improves the attachment of a variety of cell types. Additionally, gelatin can inhibit crystallization in bacteriology studies. In addition it is an excellent diluents for primary and secondary antibodies.

Bemerkungen

Store Gelatin Blocking Buffer at 4°C. It should be brought to room temperature prior to use.
