Chemische Eigenschaften



Useful in the study of endothelial cells and microglia. Also useful as a positive control of foam cell formation.Lipoprotein, low density, acetylated, human plasma is used for receptor binding to murine peritoneal macrophages. Further, it is taken up by macrophage and endothelial cells that possess scavenger receptors specific for the modified LDL.


Supplied at 2mg/ml in 0.05M TRIS-HCl buffer, with 0.15M NaCl and 0.3mM EDTA, pH 7.4. Contains gentamicin sulfate. Aseptically packaged and sterile filtered. Store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Short shelf life: up to 3 months.
