Applications

Indium(I) chloride is used to prepare cage, dinuclear complexes (In-cyclodiphophazanes) which possess interesting metal-metal interactions, Semiconductor doping, phosphors ? - ? compound semiconductors, ITO thin-film, Basic raw material for compounding organic indium.

Notes

Moisture Sensitive. Store away from strong oxidizing agents. Keep container tightly closed. Store in cool, dry conditions in well sealed containers.
