Applications

Iron(II) titanium oxide is used as a chief source of titanium. It is also used to prepare titanium dioxide by reacting sulfuric acid to get titanium oxygen sulfate followed by hydrolysis.

Notes

Incompatible with oxidizing agents, strong acids and strong bases.
