Applications

Cadmium oxide is used as an electroplating chemical and in the manufacture of cadmium electrodes. It is a component of silver alloys, phosphors, semiconductors, glass and ceramic glazes.

Notes

Store at room temperature. Store in cool place. Keep container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place. Incompatible with oxidizing agents and magnesium.
