Applications

Zinc arsenide is used in photo optic applications and dopants. It is also used as a component in the manufacture of semiconductors.

Notes

Incompatible with strong oxidizing agents, strong acids, rubidium carbide, halogens, interhalogens, halocarbons and nitrogen trichloride.
