Praseodymium(III) bromide has some of the common uses such as in aircraft engines, motion picture industry, coloring in glasses and enamels, color cubic zirconia to simulate peridot, welder and glass blower goggles.


Store in cool, dry place in tightly closed containers. Store away from air, water/moisture. Hygroscopic. Incompatible to water and carbon dioxide. Store under dry inert gas.
