Applications

It is used to manufacture dyes, photographic chemicals and agricultural chemicals. Its main use is in the manufacture of precursors to polyurethane and other industrial chemicals. Aniline emulsion template is also essential for the synthesis of hollow microspheres of polyaniline. The poly(N-methyl aniline) doped with sulphonic acids plays an important role for humidity sensors.

Notes

Incompatible with oxidizing agents, bases, acids, iron and iron salts, zinc, aluminum. Light sensitive. Store in cool place. Keep container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place.
