Applications

1-(3-Dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide methiodide is in proteins as water soluble carboxyl modifying reagent. It is used as a crosslinking agent.

Notes

Keep in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place. Keep container tightly closed. Incompatible with acids, strong oxidizing agents, moist air and water.
