Applications

L-Histidine methyl ester dihydrochloride is used to prepare optically pure L-(+)-ergothioneine.

Notes

Keep container tightly sealed. Store in cool, dry conditions in well sealed containers. Incompatible with oxidizing agents. It is hygroscopic in nature. Store under dry inert gas.
