Applications

Ethyl 2-bromobutyrate, is an important raw material and an intermediate used in organic synthesis, pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals and dyestuff. It is also used for agrochemical and pharmaceutical intermediate.

Notes

Store in cool place. Keep container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place. Containers which are opened must be carefully resealed and kept upright to prevent leakage. Recommended storage temperature: 2 - 8°C. Light sensitive. Keep away from strong oxidizing agents, acids, bases, oxidizing agents, reducing agents.
