Applications

Tetramethylenebis(triphenylphosphonium bromide) is used in the synthesis of squalene. It is also used in the conversion of ?-diketones to cyclohexa-1,3-dienes.

Notes

Hygroscopic. Store away from oxidizing agents. Store in a cool, dry conditions in a well sealed container.
