Applications

p-Toluoyl chloride was used to prepare antigen, Tolyl-amido-human serum albumin. It is used as a reagent to synthesize (+)-Yashabushitriol, derivatives of Desloratadine.

Notes

Store at room temperature. Incompatible with oxidizing agent, acids, bases, active metals, alcohols, amines.
