Applications

(7-Aza-1H-benzotriazol-1-yloxy)tri(1-pyrrolidinyl)phosphonium hexafluorophosphate is used as reagent for synthesis of cyclic RGC pentapeptides for functionalization through click chemistry, fluorescent glucose bioprobes and ReactIR™ flow cell. It is also used as reagent for disulfide bond engineering, heteroaryl ether synthesis and optimization of conformational constraint on non-phosphorylated cyclic peptide antagonists of the Grb2-SH2 domain.

Stable under recommended storage conditions. Store away from oxidizing agents.
