Ethyl 1-methylimidazole-2-carboxylate is used as a synthetic intermediate for solid phase synthesis of polyamides containing imidazole.


Keep container tightly sealed. Store in cool, dry conditions in well sealed containers. Incompatible with oxidizing agents.
