Applications

Suitable for use as a non-specific blocking agent for Western blots and ELISA assays. It is used to block non-specific binding on the membrane, when using nylon or nitrocellulose (but not PVDF).

Notes

1% Gelatin in PBS. 1% Gelatin in PBS. Protect from heat. Keep the container tightly closed and place it in a cool, dry and well ventilated condition. Store in freezer at -20°C.
