Chemical Properties



Suitable for immunohistochemical applications, Western blotting and immunoprecipitation studies.Anti-Myosin antibody, from rabbit, is used in chemiluminescent western blot (1:200, using whole cell extracts of cultured dog MDCK kidney cells, cultured rat NRK cells, and cultured human Jurkat cells). It may also be used for immunoblot (approx. 200kDa, additional bands may be detected in some extract preparations).


Incompatible with oxidizing agents.
