Azido-PEG3-carboxyrhodamine 110 conjugate

Chemical Properties

Formula Weight
Soluble in DMSO, DMF or methanol.

It is suitable for confocal laser scanning microscopy. Its long PEG spacer should reduce any steric effect of the dye on the molecule to be labeled. Carboxyrhodamine 110 and its derivatives are superior alternatives to other green fluorescent dyes.

Excite using the 488nm spectral line of the argon ion laser
