Applications

Ceftibuten is used to treat acute bacterial exacerbations of chronic bronchitis (ABECB), acute bacterial otitis media, pharyngitis, andtonsilitis. It is also indicated for pneumonia, infections of the urinary tract, enteritis, and gastroenteritis.
