Applications

Diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid dianhydride is a reagent used for introducing a strong chelator. It is employed in the synthesis of macrocyclic ligands and lanthanide complexes that are useful as MRI enhancers.

Notes

Store in cool place. Keep container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place. Recommended storage temperature is-20°C. It is sensitive to moisture. Store under dry inert gas.
