Mass Spectrometry (MS) is a major technique in most of the proteomics platforms. All mass spectrometry techniques require high quality calibration mixtures with respect to their ionization mode, ionization technique and type of analyzers irrespective of the mass spectrometer used. In most of the cases, for both positive and negative mode ionizations the researchers require different calibration mixture to acquire better ionization, tuning, high accurate mass and sensitivity.
